Great blog! I am travelling to Eindhoven for work for about a week after which my parents are joining me for a short holiday in Amsterdam and France. We are vegetarians and I was wondering - If we get some home made cooked dry food with us (theplas, parathas etc) then do you think it would cause problems at customs? - Also are there vegetarian restaurants in Eindhoven that would deliver food to my office?
Hi Neha, - I don't expect any issues for dry food. I have carried multiple times without problems. - In Amsterdam, there are caterers who deliver food to office. But I'm not aware of such service in Eindhoven. Also...there is only 1 veg restaurant in Eindhoven - Ganesh. If you have more people in your office looking for this service, I can check with one of my contacts who might be interested in starting such a service.
